I write down the deliverables, scope, required access, responsibilities and acceptance checks with you before work starts. These terms apply to this offer; existing signed agreements keep their agreed terms.
- - Review: I retain the $500 only when the standalone agreed deliverables are provided. I refund it if no feasible worthwhile improvement can be identified or the agreed usable deliverables cannot be provided.
- - Payments: $500 for the review, $1,000 on implementation approval and $1,000 after the written acceptance checks pass. That is $2,500 total including the review for the confirmed scope.
- - Acceptance: checks cover complete intake, preservation of required details, routing, visible follow-up and human exception handling. I document the test results with you for written acceptance.
- - If implementation fails the agreed checks, I have 14 days from the documented failed checks to correct it. If it is still failing, I refund the implementation payments collected and do not charge the unpaid final milestone. The review fee is retained only if its standalone agreed deliverables were provided.
- - Access and schedule: you provide necessary account access, sample inquiries, staff availability and approvals. The timeline is agreed after confirming access and scope. Missing access or approvals create documented schedule pauses, including any effect on the correction period, with revised dates agreed in writing.
- - Results: functional acceptance is separate from business outcomes. I track response time, follow-up completion, required details and correction time where data is available. Time freed is capacity, not necessarily cash savings. I do not guarantee revenue or savings.
- - After launch: 30 days of stabilization covers faults in the agreed workflow and questions about its use. New sources, systems, teams or features are separately scoped.
- - Maintenance: optional after stabilization and separately quoted. Any plan defines covered workflow monitoring and fault correction, review cadence, response windows, exclusions and fees in writing. You can cancel before the next billing period. Maintenance is not required to access your own system; your accounts and documentation remain yours. Your own software subscriptions may still be needed.

What if the implementation does not work?

I refund the $500 if no feasible worthwhile improvement can be identified or I cannot provide the agreed usable standalone deliverables. Fit and deliverables are agreed before paid work starts.
Do I need new software or AI?
I use existing software first. AI is optional and used only for a useful, agreed job with human control. Required software costs are disclosed before implementation approval.
How soon can it launch?
I agree the timeline after confirming access and scope. You provide required account access, examples, staff availability and approvals. Any dependency delays and revised dates are documented with you.
Can you review a broader business problem?
Yes. You can still request a Digital Business Review for your website, customer path or wider operations. I confirm its scope and deliverables separately. Broader websites and custom integrations are separately scoped; smaller useful native-software setups may be separately quoted.
What happens after stabilization?
You own the accounts and receive documentation and handover. Optional maintenance is separately quoted with defined coverage, response windows, fees and cancellation before the next billing period. You do not need maintenance merely to access your own system.
